Detailed information about Com Lead service delivery process, return conditions and your right of withdrawal
1 General Information
These Delivery and Return Terms govern the delivery and return processes of software services (SaaS) provided by Com Lead Technology Inc. ("Com Lead", "we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Important: Com Lead is a software as a service (SaaS) platform. We provide digital service access, not physical product delivery.
Once the digital balance (credits) you purchased has been credited to your account, you can start using the services.
2 Delivery Terms
Service Activation
Com Lead services are provided digitally. Once your payment has been confirmed, the digital balance (credits) you purchased will automatically be credited to your account and you will gain immediate access to the platform services.
Service Access
- You can instantly access all features by logging into the platform through your web browser
- Your account credentials are sent to the email address you specified during registration
- Documentation for API access and integrations can be obtained from your control panel
Enterprise Services
For enterprise customers, custom platform configuration and integration services may be provided.
3 Cancellation and Return Terms
General Return Policy
Com Lead prioritizes customer satisfaction and protects your return and cancellation rights under certain conditions. However, due to the digital nature of the service, some special conditions apply.
Legal Right of Withdrawal: Under distance sales contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of the contract without giving any reason and without penalty.
Return Conditions
- Exercise of the right of withdrawal requires that the service has not yet been used
- Written notification must be made within the 14-day withdrawal period
- Your payment refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice
- For unused digital balance, a refund may be considered depending on the circumstances.
Return Process
You can process your return request by following these steps:
- Submit your return request to our support team at contact@comlead.io or through the platform
- Your return request will be evaluated within 2 business days
- For approved return requests, your payment will be refunded using the same payment method
- You will be notified by email when the refund process is complete
4 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right of withdrawal in the following situations:
14-Day Withdrawal Period
Within 14 days from the date the contract is established, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- For services that have begun with the consumer's consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service has been completed
- For digital services that are performed instantly in electronic form and for digital balance credited to a user account, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the service has begun to be used.
- If the service is started immediately at the user’s request and the digital balance begins to be used, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a clear statement declaring your intention to withdraw to contact@comlead.io email address or by mail to our address. In your withdrawal notice, you must specify your name, surname, address, email address, phone number and order number.
5 Payment and Invoicing
Payment Methods
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
- Online Payment via Virtual POS
- Open Account / Check option for corporate customers
Invoicing
E-invoices are issued for all your payments and sent to your registered email address. Your invoice can also be downloaded from your account on the platform. Special invoicing options are available for our corporate customers.
Automatic Renewal
Payments are one-time and are not automatically renewed. The digital balance (credits) you purchase will be credited to your account and will decrease as you use the platform services. You can purchase additional credits at any time.
6 Responsibilities and Warranty
Service Warranty
Com Lead guarantees that the platform operates with 95% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and performed with minimum disruption. In case of service interruptions, compensation options are offered to our customers.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the security of account information, the legality of data uploaded to the platform, and compliance with terms of use. In case of platform misuse, the account may be suspended or cancelled.
