• You should not share your password with others
• You must immediately notify us if you detect unauthorized access to your account

• All prices are shown in EURO and include VAT unless otherwise stated

4.4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the beginning of the next billing period
• Except in special cases, paid fees are non-refundable

5 Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights of all content, design, logos, software, and other materials on the Platform belong to Com Lead or its licensors.

5.2. User Content

You own the intellectual property rights to content you upload to the Platform. However, you grant us a limited license to use your content on the platform.

5.3. Copyright Protection

• Content that violates copyright is immediately removed
• Repeated violations may result in account closure
• Violation notifications are evaluated in accordance with legal procedures

6 Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Text.

6.2. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to ensure the security of your data.

7 Service Guarantee and Liability Limitations

10 Other Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Platform.

10.2. Waiver

Our failure to exercise any right does not mean we have waived that right.

10.3. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without permission. We may freely assign our rights.
